Sacred Sound: Rattle and Drum

Join me for this unique offering about the healing potential of sound and the use of the rattle and frame drum as sacred sound tools. You will be introduced to techniques used to play these instruments, and the practice of using them for sacred sound connections, journeying, meditation, energetic clearing, grounding, intuitive diagnosis, and other areas specific to each.

No instruments are provided for this informational/experiential workshop. You may bring your own rattle and/or frame drum, or come without, to experience these ancient instruments and learn more about them. If you have a rattle or frame drum, or have always wanted to experience them before purchasing or making your own, this will be a great introduction to the playing techniques and uses of these shamanic instruments.

Please note: This workshop uses frame drums with beater sticks, not African-style hand drums.
