- Listening and feeling

- This is a Japanese bamboo flute, a shakuhachi, made by Perry Yung. It's great for meditation. Hear this flute on some selections from "Earth Medicine."

- Here I am holding that same flute

- Using a ceramic flute for a Sound Medicine™ session

- Hopi style flute made by Michael Graham Allen, of Coyote Oldman. A gentle, expressive sound.

- Native American style Buffalo flute made for me by JP Gomez. I asked for turquoise near the top (throat chakra) and pipestone near the bottom (for the Earth Mother). I asked for a nontraditional white cedar to honor White Buffalo.

- Closeup of the turquoise and Buffalo head.

- A Deer hide frame drum I made myself, in a traditional way.
